Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe is a tasty starter recipe of chicken cooked along with lemon and pepper with corn flour slurry METHOD 1.First we need to marinate chicken Take chicken - 1/2 kilo and put deep gashes on it To it add Yogurt - 100 gram Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon Salt as required Chopped coriander leaves Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes 2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon To it add Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon Cloves - 2 Cardamom pods - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Bay leaves - 2 Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon Saute them 3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown 4.Make a slurry of cornflour by mixing 1 cup water with a tablespoon of cornflour and add it to roasted chicken 5.Add Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Green chilies - 3 Butter - 1 teaspoon Mix well and the recipe is ready

Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated , so it will pierce easily. For oven 5. Cook at 180 degree Celsius for 12 to 15 mins Without oven 6. Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it. 7. Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter. 8. Do not over crowd the pan. 9. Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min. 10.After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over. 11. Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for five minutes. 12. After five minutes open the lid and cook it an high flame until the water gets dry. 13. Cook out until you get nice grill marks. 14. Now heat a charcoal until it's red in color 15. In the pan put a steel glass and place the coal in it. 16. Pour the oil and cover it. 17. Let it covered for 2 minutes. 18. After 2 minutes remove the coal and serve it! If charcoal is not available 19. On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour.
