Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe is a tasty starter recipe of chicken cooked along with lemon and pepper with corn flour slurry METHOD 1.First we need to marinate chicken Take chicken - 1/2 kilo and put deep gashes on it To it add Yogurt - 100 gram Lemon juice - 3 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon Salt as required Chopped coriander leaves Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes 2.Heat oil - 1 tablespoon To it add Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon Cloves - 2 Cardamom pods - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Bay leaves - 2 Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon Saute them 3.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and roast till dry and color changes to golden brown 4.Make a slurry of cornflour by mixing 1 cup water with a tablespoon of cornflour and add it to roasted chicken 5.Add Fresh cream - 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Green chilies - 3 Butter - 1 teaspoon Mix well and the recipe is ready
