Usually eaten with cooked rice and some sliced raw cabbage, add a bowl of miso soup on the side to make it a complete meal. ***XxElNinioxX, Vielen Dank für die Übersetzung. Wir würden uns sehr danken.*** INGREDIENTS: 3-4 thinly sliced pork 1 stub ginger 1/4 onion 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp sake 1 tsp sugar oil DIRECTIONS: First, grate the ginger and squeeze out the juice with your hand. Grate the onion and add it to the ginger. Add in soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar and mix well. Add in the pork slices and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Shred and thinly slice cabbage and cucumbers if you desire and set aside. After 5 minutes, wipe off excess marinade from the pork with paper towels. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook pork slices over medium heat. Cook both sides, being careful not to burn the meat. Add in the remaining sauce and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve with sliced cabbage and cucumbers if desired. Best eaten with a bowl of hot Japanese rice. Want to help us by translating this video?
