Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Falooda, is a cold beverage popular in the Indian subcontinent. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, psyllium or basil seeds, tapioca pearls and pieces of gelatin with milk or water. INGREDIENTS: 1. Basil seeds(soaked) ½ cup 2. Seviya ½ cup 3. Dry fruit crush 1 tsp 4. Roohafza 2 tbs 5. Kulfi 1 cup 6. Milk ½ cup METHOD: 1. Soak basil seeds in water. 2. Soak seviya in slightly hot water. 3. Take a serving glass and add basil seeds at bottom as a layer, on it add dry fruit crush, roohafza, boiled seviya, kulfi, another layer of soaked basil seeds, roohafza. 4. Atlast pour milk and place straw serve it.
