Add all smoothie ingredients except for milk to a plastic freezer bag for storing in the freezer. Thaw the freezer smoothie bag on the counter for 5-10 minutes. Add to a blender with milk and blend. You really want a THICKER-than-smoothie texture, because it’s meant to be eaten with a spoon! Pour your mixture into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy! Yields 1 serving. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Original Frozen Acai Packet (https://www.amazonpower.com.au/)
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 3 Tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Maca Powder
- Splash of Water or Coconut Water

Blend together using a high-powered blender or food processor. Add more liquid if required to assist blending.

Top with:
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Kiwi Fruit
- Goji Berries
