Daily Lunch Jeera rice and meeal maker Routine In tamil Episode 4is all about preparing Jeera rice and Meal maker gravy for side dish in tamil .Apart from our usual routine you can plan this routine during week days to make your day lunch innovative and some more attractive. Today's lunch routine is Jeera Rice and Meal maker gravy Procedure to make jeera rice: 1.Soak basmati rice in water for atleast 15 mins 2.Take a pressure cooker and add oil 3.Saute Cumin seeds-1 1/2 tsp and bay leaf-1 4.Then add sliced onion-2 5.Let it saute for 2 min and add green chilies-2 and ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp 6.Add Green peas-1/2 cup(optional) 7.Now pour 2 cups of water 8.add some salt and let the water to boil 9.Then add basmati rice and let it cook for 5 mins in high flame 10.After five mins ,stir it gently and cook for another 4 to 5 mins in medium flame check whether water has drained,now close the lid and off the flame after 3 min 12.Let the pressure lock inside the cooker and open after 20 mins 13.Jeera rice is ready for lunch For this Jeera rice i prepared Meal maker gravy as side dish.
