Quick Meal For Those Who Work, Beef Stew Pie

This is a quick and easy way to make a meal from leftovers. Here's the recipe: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Filling: Leftover beef from beef stew or a roast, about 8 ounces with a little of the gravy and some of the vegetables 3/4 cup of cooked rice Fresh parsley if you have it or other spices 1 Pillsbury refrigerated unbaked pie crust Mix filling and place on 1/2 of the pie crust, seal edges securely. Make vent holes in top of crust for the steam to escape. Bake on a lightly greased pan in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool on pan for about 5 minutes. This pie was served with a green pea and cucumber salad on a bed of organic baby greens using Zesty Italian dressing and a strawberry Jello desert. Thanks for watching. Mr. Bucky Bought The Copper Chef

We've been cooking with the square Copper Chef skillet and induction cooktop for about a week now. It works okay but does have a few issues. It does not brown in the corners and the temperature showing on the control does not give the temperature inside the pan. It will require special cookware but does work with cast iron skillets.
