This is a super tasty chicken that requires no oven or grill to cook! It is full of flavor and very healthy for you! Ing: 3 leg quarters cleaned and skin taken out 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp parsley flakes 2 tbsp paprika 3 tbsp tandoori massal powder 1 tbsp cajun seasoning 1 tbsp lemon pepper (optional) 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic 2 tbsp of oil salt to taste 2 to 3 tbsp greek yogurt Method: Start by cleaning and cutting the side piece out and make some slits on the top of the chicken and keep it aside. Dry your chicken and keep it aside. Mix all the marination ingredients and marinate with ginger and garlic, greek yogurt, 2 tbsp oil, tandoori masala, paprika, cajun seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, lemon pepper, dried parsley, and salt. Marinate the chicken for 20 min or over night. Heat a pan add some very little oil and let that heat up then place the chicken in the pan while the pan is very hot. Once you have the grill marks on the bottom layer flip it and get the other piece to have grill marks. Once all the chicken pieces has all the grill marks on both the areas cover and let the steam cook the chicken for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked. You are welcome to smoke the chicken if you like following the method I have used in my smoking the chicken without a gun video. Enjoy!

This is the most delicious mithai, or fudge with an overload of walnuts and the simplicity and just the thought of it getting cooked on it's own in the oven, it is a must try!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
My version of the recipe
1/4th cup butter or 1 stick
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups chopped walnuts (reserve 1/2 of it for garnishing)
2 cups half and half
1 tsp crushed cardamom powder
pinch of salt (I forgot to add it)
In a oven safe pan or an aluminium pan add melted butter and start mixing the rest of the ingredients, make sure everything is combined really well and there are no lumps then put it in the oven. This is going to take between 1 hour to 11/2 hours, make sure you take it out and stir it every 10 to 15 min until it is a dark brown color. Once it is done take it out of the oven and pat it down with a spatula and sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on it.....
