These healthy egg muffin cups can be made in advance, have less than 50 calories per muffin, and are packed with tons of protein and veggies! Oh yea, and they taste good :) Start by chopping some veggies: red pepper, green pepper, yellow onion, mushrooms, and baby spinach!
