Crispy Potato Fingers | आलू सूजी फिंगर्स | Potato Rava Fingers Recipe

Instant Potato Fingers - Aloo Rava Fingers receipe tea time snacks Ingredients Semolina - 1/2 cup (90 gms) Boiled potatoes - 4 (300 gms) Green coriander - 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Green chili -5 to 6 (finely chopped) Salt - 1 tsp or to taste Oil - for frying Direction: Getting Ready: 1.Take 4 medium sized boiled potatoes,peel and grate them. Making: 2. Pour ½ cup water in the vessel heat it, add 1 tsp oil to it. when it starts boiling turn off flame and add ½ cup semolina to the water.over it for 2 to 3 minutes, the semolina will puff up. 3. Put the puffed semolina in a big mixing bowl.Press to make soft. Add the grated potatoes, 1 tsp salt, add 5 to 6 finely chopped green chili with seeds removed. Mix all ingredients well. Prepare fine dough. 4. Meanwhile put the pan to heat,turn on flame. Once dough is ready, Take little oil in a small bowl,Grease your hands with it and squash the dough. 5. To make sooji crispy kurkure, grease your hand with oil.Lift a small lump from the dough.Firstly bind it a bit, and make a long log with hands.Check if the oil is medium high hot. 6. Put the kurkure to fry. Keep the flame medium high. Keep making and frying them.Make sure you put them to fry one by one. 7. When fried and ready, Take out the fried kurkure. Hold the ladle over the edge of wok, so that the extra oil drains back. Take out the kurkure and keep in a plate. Fry and prepare all kurkure likewise. Serving: 8.Steaming hot and crisy Sooji Kurkure is ready to be relished. have as snacks during evenings.It can be served as a starter at any party. On my viewers request here is the written recipe in english: Garlic powder Recipe: First take a pan and take 2 glass water in it.. put it on gas and heat water till some bubbles comes as shown in my video.. turn off the gas and put garlic cloves in it.. cover it with a lead and leave it for about 15 minutes.. now let the water cool and after that start peeling it.. it will take only few minutes to peel.. after peeling all the garlic cloves grind them and make a paste.. take a plate and apply oil on it and put paste on plate like i shown in my video.. after that put it in sunlight till it becomes dry.. it can dry in one day only in month of may and june.. in this weather it will take 2- 3 days to dry.. once it become dry grind it till it convert into a powder... Your garlic powder is ready.. store it into air tight container.. and you can use it for almost 1 year... Steamed Poha Recipe | भाप में पके एकदम सॉफ्ट पोहे । Poha cooked in steam

Poha Recipe, Steamed Poha, Bhap ke pohe, Street Style Poha, Indorie Poha, Street food Poha Ingredients: Flattened Rice (पोहा ) - 2 cup ( 150 gms ) Namkeen Sev (नमकीन सेव ) - 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts (मूंगफली के दाने ) - 1/3 cup Coriander leaves(हरा धनिया ) - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता ) - 15 to 20 Lemon (नींबू ) - 1 Turmeric Powder (हल्दी ) - Less than 1/4 tsp Oil (तेल ) - 1 tsp Sugar (चीनी ) - 2 tsp Salt (नमक) - More than 1/2 tsp or to taste Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped ) Black Mustard - (सरसों के दाने ) - 1/2 tsp Direction Getting Ready: 1. Take 2 cup poha of medium thickness in a mixing bowl. Wash and soak it, then drain out water. Wash again then drain water instantly.Do not keep the poha in water for long.Keep 1 tsp water, It helps poha to puff up. Making: 2. Add 2 tsp sugar, little more than 1/2 tsp salt, Less than 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Mix all ingredients well. Add half a lemon's juice i.e 2 tsp juice to the poha, mix well.Keep it aside for 5 minutes,then stir it again. 3. After 5 minutes, Toss the poha with the spoon and spread it. 4. Take a vessel big enough to place the colander filled with poha. Fill the vessel with 2 to 2.5 cup water and heat it. Turn on flame and cover the vessel with lid, so that it boils up quickly. 5. Place the poha in a colander.Spread the poha in the colander.Place the poha filled colander in the vessel.Keep the flame medium. Cook the poha on medium flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes , poha is cooked and ready.Turn off flame.Take out the poha in a serving bowl. 6. For tempering, heat a tadka pan. Add 1 tsp oil, heat it up. When sufficiently hot, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 15 to 20 chopped curry leaves, 2 finely chopped de seeded green chilies. Slightly roast them. Add tempering to poha and mix it. Take it out in a plate. Serving: 7. Yummy and healthy steamed Poha is ready.Sprinkle a little namkeen sev over it, some roasted peanuts and green coriander for garnishing.If you wish you can keep a lemon wedge too.
