You can download the PowerPoint templates here; https://goo.gl/VWZD7X Learn the best way to answer "What are your weaknesses" from a PwC Consulting Manager and increase your chances to get that job dramatically. Watch the video to learn how to answer what are your weaknesses job interview question... One of the biggest difficulties in today's job market is the candidates are unfortunately forced to give fake answers. This is primarily caused by wrong advise. They believe in giving out "the best" answer. In reality, most general interview questions, including the one I cover in this video "what are your weaknesses" have no best answer. Your weakness is not your perfectionism, you know that, I know that... So, why do we need to resort to lying? Pressure. Pressure to find jobs as quickly as possible. However, this very pressure may just be the one causing you the job. Hiring managers want to work with team members who will be honest to them at all times. There are no silly excuses in a perfectly functioning team. So, by giving out fake answers and lies in your interview, do you believe you are giving out the message that you will be honest once the interview is over and once you are hired? Very unlikely. The interviewer asked a very simple question; "what is your greatest weakness" and you weren't even able to give out an honest answer. Your response to this question is actually your response to a question "Are you an honest person?" Enjoy the video! For more resources and tips; http://thecareermastery.com

I mean if it was a fair competition, the guy wouldn’t even be a plumber – but he’s working as a director in a very high position, making 6 figure salary. Or at the same time, incredibly talented guys who are barely surviving in their careers working for multinational employers, just because their accent isn’t clear enough. 30 Seconds to Impress

A job interview can be a stressful situation for anybody. Interviews provide insight into how a person may "fit" into the employer's organization. An interviewee's personal and professional demeanor will be scrutinized intuitively and/or deliberately by the interviewer. Believe it or not, a hiring decision may oftentimes be influenced by the interviewer's perceptions of the applicant during the opening moments of an interview. These first 30 seconds are a crucial opportunity for a job seeker to convey appropriate tact in their greeting, handshake, posture, speech, eye contact, and numerous other verbal and non-verbal language. The interviewer is a human, too, and although he/she is looking for a litany of skills and characterstics, he/she will also inevitably detect subtle subtext from an interviewee's individual and interpersonal presentation.
