Paneer Butter Masala is a very tasty recipe made using Paneer - Cottage cheese along with butter and other ingredients METHOD 1.In a pan melt butter - 1 teaspoon To it add Diced onions - 2 Green chilies - 2 Dried red chilies - 7 Tomatoes - 6 Cashews - 20 gram Saute them till tomatoes turn soft Then grind them with yogurt - 3 tablespoon into a fine paste 2. Ingredients:

For onion paste:
1 medium sized onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
2 tblsp water

For kaju paste:
4 tblsp cashew nuts(kaju)
1 tblsp poppy seeds (khas khas)
1/4 cup water

For tomato paste:
3 tomatoes
3 kashmiri red chillies

For gravy:
1 tsp oil
2 tblsp butter
Onion paste
1/4 tsp kalonji (black caraway or black onion seeds)
Kaju paste
1 tblsp kasuri methi
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp punjabi garam masala powder
Tomato paste
1 cup hot water
1 1/2 tblsp malai or fresh cream
1/4 tsp sugar
250 gm paneer cubes
1 tsp butter
