Ingredients:

Monday Recipe : Sabudana Upma

Sabudana : 1 cup Soaked for 1 hour
Onions : 1 onion sliced
Green chilli : 2 to 3 sliced vertically
Curry leaves : few
Peanut powder : 1 small cup
salt : to taste
Turmeric powder : 1/4 spoon

Tuesday Recipe : Multigrain Dosa

Sabudana : 1 cup
Green gram dal : 1 cup
Urad dal : 1 cup
Foxtail seeds : 1 cup
Jowar seeds /Millets : 1 cup
Finger millet/Madua : 1 cup
Pearl millet/Bajra : 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds : 1 spoon
Poha/flattened rice : 1 cup
Salt : To taste
Oil : As required for making dosa

Wednesday Recipe :

Vermicelli : 1 cup
Peanuts : 2 spoons
Chanadal : 2 spoons
Mustard seeds : 1 spoon
Cumin seeds : 1 spoon
Onion : 1 big onion sliced
Green chilli : 3 sliced vertically
Curry leaves : few ---5 to 6 leaves
Coriander : freshly chopped
Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon
Water : 1 and 1/4 glass of water
Oil : 3 spoons
Salt : As per taste
Eggs : 2

Thursday Recipe : Masala Dosa

Urad dal : 1 cup ---- soaked complete day
Rice : 2 cup ----- soaked complete day
Fenugreek seeds : 1 spoon ------ soaked complete day
Make a dosa batter with all the above ingredients in the night,,let the batter ferment overnight. Make dosas in the next day morning with the dosa batter.

For seasoning dosa:
Bombay ravva/sooji : Boiled in water with spoon of oil and salt added,,,,consistency should be loose.
Onions : As required finely chopped
Green chilli : Finely chopped
Coriander leaves : Freshly chopped
Carrot : Grated carrot as required for seasoning
Cheese : Grated cheese as required for seasoning
Butter : As required for seasoning
Salt : As required for dosa
Masala karam/Masala chilli powder : It is a powder of red chillies/garlic/cumin seeds/dania powder/urad dal/chana dal.

Friday Recipe : Gunta Ponganalu.

I made this recipe with the leftover batter from the thursday's recipe.

To the dosa batter add the below ingredients:

Onions : Finely chopped as required
Green chilli : Finely chopped as per your spicy taste
Coriander leaves : Finely chopped
Curry leaves : Finely chopped
Carrot : Grated carrot ---- Optional
Oil : As required
