Vegan Chicken Cutlets & Chicken Marsala!
1 1/4 cups Vital Wheat Gluten
1/3 cup Semolina Flour
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Potato Flakes
1 Tablespoon Chicken Flavored Bouillon Powder
1/2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 cup Water

Simmering Liquid:
2 Quarts Water
1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Miso Paste or Bouillon Paste

I pan fried the cutlets in Avocado Oil with a Flour/Seasoned Salt/Non Dairy Milk Batter (see video)

Marsala Sauce:
10 ounces Baby Portobello Mushrooms
2 cloves Garlic
2/3 cup Veggie Stock
1/4 cup Marsala or White Wine
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Vegan Butter
Parsley for Garnish
