INGREDIENTS:- For marinade Milk 1 & 1/2 cup (375ml) lemon juice 1 & 1/2 tbsp Dried rosemary 2 tsp Red chili powder 3 tsp Salt 3 tsp Cardamom powder 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp Eggs 3 boneless chicken thighs 1200g INGREDIENTS for flour mixture: All-purpose flour 1 &1/2 cup (200g) Cornstarch 1 cup (110g) Red chili powder 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Baking powder 2 tsp Black pepper just a pinch Salt 2 tsp oil for deep frying directions 1 : fry at medium heat. 2 : Let marinated chicken sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before frying . if you start frying it , straight from the fridge . Noodles 200 gms (Boiled)
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each)
Soya Sauce 1/4 Cup
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 Cup


Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Onion, Capsicum and add Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each) and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Soya Sauce and stir it and cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and take 1/2 cup water and add Corn Flour 1 tbsp and mix it well and then add it and mix it well on low flame. After that add salt, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add boiled noodles and mix it well on high flame for 2 minutes. After that your Chicken Vegetables Noodles is ready.
