Add salt to Tamarid extract and some chilly powder and jaggery as required. 2. Add some oil to a pan, when the oil is heat add mustard seeds, black and ural dhal. 3. Also add Onions, green and red chillies. Mix well. 4. Stir the mixture with the Ragi Flour and some tamarind extract evenly as shown in the video. 5. Ragi Upma is ready now!
