How to make Restaurant Style Gobi Manchurian -With Subtitles :Recipe no 35

Ingredients Cauliflower -1 small Finely chopped Big Onion-1 Big onion -1 (cubed) Green chilly-8(slices) Ginger- 1tbsp finely chopped Garlic -1tbsp finely chopped Spring onion white -1 tsp finely chopped Celery-1 tsp finely chopped Soya sauce-3-4 tbsp Chilli sauce-1tsp Sugar-1tsp› Tomato Ketchup-3tbsp Food colour -on pinch (opt) Vinegar-1/2 tsp Capsicum-cubed 1/2 of 1 Spring onion greens - to garnish Sesame Oil-1/2tsp Oil-to fry For marination Maida-4tbsp Cornflour-3tbsp Rice flour-1/2 tsp Soya sauce-1tbsp Salt- Pepper powder-1/2tsp Method Cut small florets and wash throughly and soak these in salt and turmeric water for 10 minutes .. Again wash well and strain for few minutes .. In a bowl ,add maida,cornflour,rice flour,soya sauce ,salt d pepper powder Mix well .. Add small amount of water and make a thick batter Then add colour if u want .. To this add cauliflower florets and mix well till all are well coated with the batter .. Let it rest there for 20 minutes .. Then heat oil in medium deep fry these florets until it become light golden brown .. Remove and keep in kitchen tissue ..Keep aside .. In a nonstick pan heat 2tbsp of oil To this add ginger and garlic and saute for 10 seconds in high flame decrease the flame and add finely chopped onion ,finely chopped capsicum ,spring onion ,green chilli and celery .. Mix well and saute till the onions are become light golden brown colour Decrease the flame and add soya sauce ,chilli sauce ,tomato ketchup ,vinegar and sugar,colour  and 2 cup of hot water .. Mix well .. Taste the sauce and add salt .. Allow to boil .. Again taste the sauce and add salt , vinegar or sugar according to ur taste buds.. Now add fried gobi ,onion cubes  and capsicum cubes .. Mix well in the sauce so that all florets can soak well .. With in no time sauce will be dry .. Once again check the taste .. Finally sprinkle sesame oil .. Decorate with spring onions and ginger juliennes ..If u want to make to  indian version, can sprinkle finely  chopped coriander leaves also .. Serve with fried rice ,chapati etc.. I like this dish to be spicy ,but u can decrease the amount of green chilli .. and spice level varies in chilli (some time we get tender chillies with less spice level) .. so add chilli according to ur preference …

Crispy Corn Kernels, Crispy Spicy Buttery Corn, क्रिस्पी चटपटी स्वीट कोर्न, crispy corn chaat recipe Ingredients for Crispy Sweet corn Sweet corn (स्वीट कॉर्न ) - 1 cup Corn flour (कॉर्न फ्लार ) - 2 tbsp Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Oil (तेल ) - for frying For Serving Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped) Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 1 to 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Lemon (नींबू ) - 1/2 or 1 tsp lemon juice How to make Crispy Sweet corn : 1. Take a vessel, fill with 2 cups water.Turn on flame. Let the water boil.Put the sweet corn to boil in water for 5 to 6 minutes. 2. Take it out from water.Put it in the sieve. Keep in bowl. 3. Add cornflour, red chili powder, salt. Mix all ingredients well, till sweet corn is coated. If it is still powdery, then add 1/2 or 1 tsp water. 4. Heat oil in wok. Once rightly hot, put the sweetcorn to fry.Spread it with a laddle. Keep the flame low medium and Roast sweetcorn for 3 minutes. Gradually increase flame. Keep check on it. Cover the wok. 5. To take out the sweetcorn, Take an extra sieve, take out sweet corn, hold it on the edge of the wok. Meanwhile reduce flame, keep fried sweet corns in a plate. It takes 5 minutes to fry sweetcorn once. 6. For garnishing, take finely chopped green chili, green coriander, Add black pepper or dry mango powder. Add a little lemon juice to it. Mix all ingredients well. Serving : 7. Crispy sweet corn are ready to be served. You can serve it as an appetizer at a party or just munch on it. 250-300 gms Gobi
2 medium capsicum
2 medium onion
8-10 garlic
1-2 inch ginger
Maida (All purpose Flour)
Corn flour
Tomato Sauce
Chilly Sauce
Soya Sauce
Sabji Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Oil
Water

Preparation Time: 30-40 minutes
Serving: 2-3 Peoples
