You will need: - peach - yogurt - apple strips Put some yogurt on a plate and place a half of the peach in the middle - it looks just like a fries egg, but definitely is 10 times healthier and full of vitamins! Now add some apple strips as a healthy french fries version. Yummy! 2. Egg in the clouds To cook this delicious breakfast you will need: - eggs -cheese Separate egg whites from egg yolks. Whip egg whites into a white foam, add some grounded cheese. Place the mixture on a cooking tray, put the yolks on top and cook it in the oven at 230c for 3 minutes. The eggs look unique and amazing! 3. One minute chocolate pastry This is probably the fastest and easiest pastry idea you can cook in just one minute. Take a piece of puff pasty (you may buy it in the store or make it yourself). Now put a chocolate bar in the middle and wrap it in the pastry. Make a braid pattern for decoration. Add some nuts on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c. So delicious! This is how I prep my smoothie bags so I can ensure smoothie making to be done in ONE MINUTE! This is perfect for the on the go smoothie. It's even more perfect to let a toddler do something themselves without making a mess! I put these in disposable cups with lids and a straw so I can take it with me for myself or my toddler.

GREEN AND YUMMY recipe:
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 medjool date
1/2 cup coconut meat
1 cup of coconut water (add more if needed to blend)
sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

BRAIN BOOSTER recipe:
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds or flax seeds
1 cup of milk or milk alternative (add more if needed to blend)
sprinkle of cinnamon

SALTED ALMOND SMOOTHIE recipe:
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
2 scoops of almond butter or sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp hemp seeds or flax seeds
1 cup of milk or milk alternative (add more if needed to blend)
sprinkle of sea salt
