Link to Subscribe Butter Chicken Recipe : This rich ,buttery ,creamy chicken is an awesome delicious chicken recipe that needs no introduction.This Delicious north Indian dish has made its place in every corner of the world.It goes well with pulaos ,parathas especially Naan. Direction : To Marinate Chicken :In a bowl,add Chicken pieces,yogurt,ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri Red chilli powder,lemon juice and salt.Coat the chicken well with the masalas. Rest it for minimum 1 hr to overnight.To infuse more flavors in the chicken,marinate for more hours. To Cook Chicken:Add some butter in the pan ,once it become hot,add chicken pieces and Cook it for 5 to 8 minutes.Transfer to a bowl. To make masala puree :In a pan,Add Butter.Once the butter is melted,add Onions and saute for a minute. To that,add ginger garlic paste and fry it until the raw smell goes. Add Tomatoes and saute. Add Kashmiri Red Chilli powder,Garam masala powder and saute for a min.Add Cashews to it .Cover and Cook until the tomatoes turns mushy. Once it cools completely,transfer to the blender and grind it to a smooth paste. To make the butter chicken more creamy,Strain the puree using a strainer.This step is optional. To Make Butter Chicken: In a pan,Add Butter and Allow it to melt.Temper it with Bayleaf , Cinnamon sticks, Cardamom and Cloves. Add the Puree and saute well. Add Required salt,Sugar ,Tomato Ketchup and Kasuri methi and saute well. Add the cooked chicken and allow it to cook in the gravy for few minutes. Add fresh cream and mix well . Once it come to boil switch off the heat. Don't boil much after adding fresh cream. Tasty Butter chicken is ready. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves,little butter and some cream on top. PLEASE | SHARE | COMMENT | AND SUBSCRIBE | Muyal earchi Curry Ingredients Rabbit meat – 1kg Turmeric powder – 1tsp Red chilly powder – 1tsp Salt – 1tsp Ginger – 1 inch piece (cut into small pieces) Garlic – 5 cut into small pieces Onion – 2 cut length wise Curry leaves – a few Black pepper – 3 tsp Oil – 1 tbsp Method 1. Clean the rabbit meat and pat dry 2. In a kadai mix rabbit meat, turmeric powder, red chilly and salt. Mix it is nicely with hand 3. Cook this for 5 min. 4. While it is cooking take heat another kadai and add oil. 5. To this add curry leaves, ginger & garlic, sauté for a min 6. Now add onion and sauté till it becomes transparent. 7. Switch off the burner and add 2tbsp black pepper and mix well. 8. Add this to the rabbit meat which is cooking in a separate kadai and mix well. 9. Cover the lid and cook for 5 min. Note : rabbit meat has a very fishy smell, pepper is put in abundance to overpower this. 10. So at this level if you fell you can add a half or 1 tsp more black pepper. 11. Learn how to make Butter Chicken, a heavenly chicken gravy recipe by Chef Varun Inamdar.

Butter Chicken is probably one of the most popular Indian chicken recipes liked by all & hence chef Varun Inamdar brings to your kitchen, your favorite delicacy from the restaurant. So watch and learn how to make butter chicken at home only on Get Curried.

It serves 4-5 people.

For the chicken
300 gms Chicken breast boneless
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil to pan fry

For the gravy
500 gms  roughly slit tomatoes
100 gms roughly cut onions
1 tbsp garlic paste
50 gms cashew
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
5 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cream
2 tbsp malt vinegar / 1.5 tbsp White Vinegar
Salt to taste

- Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes
- In a pan heat some oil then fry the marinated chicken pieces in it,once done place it into a bowl.
- In the same pan add onion, oil, spoonful of butter and once the onions are cooked add tomatoes and cashew nuts
- Add some water and garlic paste, salt, malt vinegar, sugar, garam masala powder and chilli powder. Evenly mix it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Churn the mixture into fine puree.
- Strain it back into the same pan make sure there is minimal wastage.
- Add butter, cream, chicken and kasoori meethi and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish it with cream and kasoori meethi
Butter Chicken is ready to be served!
