Create this quick and easy spinach dip recipe with Hidden Valley Ranch original dip mix. This delicious recipe will be great for your next office party, tailgating or served anytime of the year. Your family and friends will love it ❤ Preparation time 15-30mins...enjoy Spinach of choice; frozen, can, or fresh leaves 1-16 oz. Sour Cream Daisy Optional: 1 can of water chestnuts Garlic, Onion Powder, Black pepper Recipe: #!.option- 2 bags of fresh spinach leaves #2.option- 2 boxes of frozen spinach leaves #3.option- 2 can of unseasoned spinach Step 1# completely drain your spinach leaves with option 2-3, if using fresh leaves steam (do not boil) for 2-3 mins and drain excessive water. Spinach Dip Recipe Ingredients (2)10oz Packaged Frozen Chopped Spinach 1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1-1/2 Cups Hellman's Mayo 1/3 Cup Sour Cream 1.4oz Package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix 2 Tbs Parsley Flakes 1 Tsp Sugar 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp Salt (Optional) Instructions 1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add spinach. Flip and pull spinach apart every minute with a knife and fork. 3. Once spinach defrost, cook and stir until it's relatively dry. 4. Reduce heat to low. 5. Add cheese and sour cream, then stir in well. 6. Add spinach to a bowl. 7. Season with parsley, sugar, pepper, vegetable soup mix, and salt (optional), then stir in well. 8. Sit spinach aside for 20 minutes. 9. Once spinach has chilled, add mayo and stir in well.. 10. Store in refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Hey Everyone! Please pardon the poor quality and lighting as I am still trying to figure out how to record in my kitchen and over my stove top. Anyway, I'm not sure where I got this recipe from but I've been making it for over four years now. It's quick, easy, and most importantly delicious!
