This is the best guacamole recipe as it’s is simple to make and uses fresh, high quality ingredients. Authentic Mexican guacamole doesn’t contain fillers and unnecessary ingredients. All you need is avocados, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, garlic and salt. After I show you how to make guacamole, I’ll share a little kitchen hack on how to store both avocados and guacamole to prevent them from going brown. It’s so easy you’ll wonder why you haven’t done it sooner! HOW TO PRESERVE AVOCADO

Technique de cuisine : Faire un guacamole

Technique en vidéo de L'atelier des Chefs Matériel : Couteau, Planche, Fourchette, Récipient Ingrédients : 3 avocats, 1 tomate, 1 citron vert, 2 oignons nouveaux, 6 pincées de sel, 6 pincées de piment rouge, 5 cl d'huile d'olive Descriptif : Préparer l'ensemble des ingrédients et laver les légumes. Éplucher et dénoyauter les avocats. Éplucher et ciseler les oignons nouveaux. Éplucher, épépiner et couper les tomates en petits dés. Presser et zester le citron. Dans un bol, écraser la pulpe d'avocat à l'aide d'une fourchette. L'arroser de jus de citron. Assaisonner de sel et de piment, puis ajouter l'huile d'olive. Verser le reste des ingrédients (oignon, tomates et zeste de citron) et mélanger. Conserver le guacamole avec le noyau des avocats pour éviter qu'il ne s'oxyde. Servir le guacamole avec des mouillettes, des chips ou encore accompagné de gambas. Le plus du Chef : Pour donner une texture un peu plus légère, mixer la pulpe de l'avocat avec un peu de fromage frais ou de lait.
