Rainbow Inside Cakes! Poundcake, Cupcakes, Cakepops -with yoyomax12

Use this simple technique to make pretty rainbows magically suspended inside a pound cake or a cupcake. Rainbow goodies playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6E5872589178834E How to make rainbow cakepops, how to make rainbow cupcakes, how to make rainbow inside cakes. RAINBOW CORES: All the the desserts I show in this video start with the rainbow core. You need to start with white cake batter. It doesn't matter if you use a cake mix or use your favourite from scratch recipe. Divide the cake batter into six portions and tint each portion a different colour. I use gel paste colours because they are vibrant and you only need to you a drop or two. Pour the batter into baking pans, it doesn't matter if they are all different because you will be crumbling the cake afterwards. Bake the cakes only enough so they test done, try not to bake the until the edges are really brown. Let them cool completely and then cut off any brown bits. Crumble the cake and add enough vanilla frosting to allow the crumbs to stick together and it creates a play-dough like texture. Line a loaf pan (or other suitable container) with plastic wrap and then press the first colour into the bottom. Continue to carefully and gently layer the other colours, trying to make them as even as possible. Cover and allow to chill several hours. Remove the layers from the pan using the plastic wrap and then slice into whatever shape choose. RAINBOW POUND CAKE: Prepare a from scratch recipe of plain vanilla pound cake. I have found a recipe from Wilton that allows you to turn a regular white cake mix into a pound cake: 1 package (18 ounces) white cake mix (Do NOT add the ingredients called for on the back of the box) 1 package (4-serving size) instant pudding and pie filling mix (dry mix only, NOT prepared) 4 egg whites 1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil Combine the above ingredients and blend until smooth. Grease a bundt pan and then fill to half with the pound cake batter. Arrange the rainbow cubes (or whatever shapes you choose) in a circle in the pan and then cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325F for about an hour (***I SAY 350 IN THE VIDEO, BUT 325 F IS THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE****) The cake will get quite brown on the exterior during cooking. Allow to cool and then unmold. Rainbow glaze: For each colour, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Add enough milk until the glaze is runny enough to drizzle. Add food colour and stir. Drizzle glaze over cake and allow cake to sit until glaze dries. RAINBOW INSIDE CUPCAKES: This can be done two ways. Fill cupcake liners about 1/2 way and then place a square of rainbow cake in the center.Fill with white cake batter OR you can mold a piece of rainbow cake into a cup shape. The cup shape allows you to see the classic rainbow shape no matter how you cut the cupcake. Fill the center of the "cup" with batter and invert into cupcake liner (that is halfway full of batter) and then cover with additional batter. Bake at 350F until cupcakes test done. Allow to cool and frost as desired. RAINBOW CAKEPOPS: Take the rainbow cubes and poke a hole into them using lollipop sticks. Make the hole about 3/4 of the way into the cube. Dip the lollipop stick into some melted chocolate or candy melts and then insert the lollipop stick into the hole in the cube. Thoroughly chill the cubes/sticks before proceeding to dipping stage. Melt light blue candy melts in a deep narrow container. If the candy melts are too thick you can thin them by adding some vegetable shortening. Dip the cake pops into the candy melts and then add sprinkles if desired. Place them into a cake pop stand or into a piece or styrofoam to hold them upright while they harden. No Bake Galaxy Cheesecake Tarte Easy Recipe ギャラクシーマーブルチーズケーキタルト 簡単 レシピ

We tried following the trend and made a galaxy pattern cake. This is a recipe for an easy to make tart base and filling. *Recipe* (makes one 18cm tart) We'll make the tart base out of store bought biscuits. 1. Finely crush 140g of biscuits. 2. Mix in 10g of black cocoa powder. 3. Mix in 60g of melted unsalted butter. 4. Pour the mixture from Step 3 into a tart mold, and using something like the bottom of a cup, firmly press the mixture into the shape of the mold. 5. Leave to cool in the fridge. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 7. Bake for 15 minutes. Now we'll make the rare cheesecake filling. 8. Place 60g of marshmallows in a heat resistant container, add 80g of cream cheese, and heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute. 9. Mix with a whisk. If there are any unmelted parts, heat in the microwave while keeping an eye on it. 10. Stir in 60g of milk. 11. Stir in 5g (1 teaspoon) of lemon juice. 12. Distribute among containers. 13. Add color to your liking. This time I opted for blue, red, and black food coloring. I think leaving some areas of unmixed color helps create a spacey vibe. As we'll be using it adjust the color, also leave some white. 14. Pour the mixture from Step 13 into the base from Step 5. It's best to start with the darker colors. Adding the mixture in a fixed direction helps create the right look. Without fussing over it too much, using something like the back of a spoon, brush gently to adjust the design. 15. Add dots randomly using the white mixture. Sprinkle pearl, silver, or white cake sprinkles to add to the spacey vibe. 16. Leave to cool in the fridge for about 1 hour. 17. The design is a matter of sense and luck. That's something to be enjoyed while making it. To those who say, "It doesn't look like space," I'll leave it to Saint Seiya to reply. "Have you ever felt the Cosmos inside you?!" Steps 1-3 can also be completed by putting the ingredients into something like a zip lock bag and then beating it with cotton swabs. The amount of melted unsalted butter used in the tart base should be adjusted according to the type of biscuit you use. Of course the tart base can be eaten after just cooling it. For those of you who would like a crunchy texture, we suggest baking it in the oven. 11.レモン汁 5g(小さじ 1)も加え混ぜる。 12.

BROWNIE LAYER (CRUST):
6 tbsp butter melted (I used salted)
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Following to be sprinkled on top of brownie layer once baked:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
6 Reese's peanut butter cups cut into quarters

Prepare your springform pan by lining the bottom with a circle of parchment and then grease the pan and parchment. Your springform pan should be at least 3" high on the sides. I used a 9" diameter springform pan. If it is not (I suspect a lot of them aren't) you may have some cheesecake batter leftover, so you may want to plan for some mini cheesecakes at the same time.

Stir together the melted butter, sugar and vanilla and then add the eggs and blend.

Stir in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Gently spread into the bottom the pan and then bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the stove and then sprinkle with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and chopped peanut butter cups.

CHEESECAKE BATTER:

2 pounds ( 4-8oz packages) of cream cheese brought to room temperature. Don't skip this step!
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half
1 tbsp vanilla

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time and then add in sugar, peanut butter and cream. Blend until smooth an then stir in vanilla.

Pour filling into pan. It is okay to go right up to the edge of the pan as this does not rise very much and should not overflow.

Cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil and then place into a large roasting pan partially filled with hot water. The water should come up to about halfway up the sides of the cheesecake pan. The water bath will help the cheesecake cook evenly and will help keep it from cracking.

Bake at 325F for 90 minutes. I turned the oven off at that point and then propped the oven door open. I allowed it to cool in the oven that way for an hour and then let it cool for another hour on the counter. I then put it in the refrigerator overnight to completely chill.

Remove from the springform pan and transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with chocolate ganache (recipe below) and garnish with an additional 6 peanut butter cups cut in half.

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat the cream until hot, add the chips and allow them to sit in the hot cream for 1-2 minutes. Stir together until smooth (I had to put it back in the microwave to heat if up for a few seconds to completely melt the chocolate).
I transferred the ganache to a zip lock bag with the corner cut off and drizzled it on the cheesecake.
