Nutella Cheesecake Cake -with yoyomax12

A cream nutella cheesecake sandwiched between two layers of moist delicious chocolate cake and covered with cream cheese/nutella frosting! Cheescake playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQhvHiBS6HlF4dFWHBiLT5gem3LuoPTcg I would make the cheesecake and the cake the day before to allow adequate chilling and then make the frosting and assemble the cake the next day. Cheesecake recipe and instructions: 2-8oz packages (450g) cream cheese at room temperature 1/2 cup (148g) Nutella hazelnut spread 2 tsp (10ml) vanilla extract 1/2 cup (100g) white granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1/3 cup (83 ml) sour cream or greek yogurt 5 oz (142g) semi-sweet chocolate (melted and cooled) In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until light and fluffy. At the eggs one at a time and beat until combined after each addition. Add the sour cream and the melted chocolate and stir until combined. Pour into a 9" springform pan and place the pan (with bottom covered with foil) in a larger pan. Place in pre-heated oven and fill larger pan with hot water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the pan. Bake at 325F for about an hour until cheesecake edges are set and center is almost set and is slightly jiggly. Shut the oven off, crack the door open and allow to cool in oven for about an hour. Remove from oven and pan and allow to cool to room temperature. Cover and chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Chocolate Cake Recipe; This is a recipe my has been making for 50+ years and is the best chocolate cake you are likely to taste :) It stays moist for several days after making it. 1/2 cup (57g) rolled or quick cooking oats 1 tsp (6g) baking soda 1 1/2 cups (325 ml) boiling water 1 cup (160g) all purpose flour 6 tbsp (70g) shortening 1 1/2 cups (293g) brown sugar 1 tsp (3g) baking powder Dash of salt (I may have omitted this in the recipe) 8 tsp unsweetened cocoa (20g) 2 eggs In a large bowl place the oats, soda and boiling water, stir. Add in the shortening and allow to sit until cooled to room temperature. The shortening will be almost melted or very very soft. Add in the sugar and cocoa powder and stir, blend in the eggs until combined. Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and stir until combined. The batter will be runny. Grease two 9" cake pans. Pour the batter into the pans, dividing the batter equally between the two pans. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans until you can handle the pans without oven mitts. Turn cakes out of pans while slightly warm and allow to cool completely. Frosting recipe: 1 1/2 cups (339g) butter softened 6 ounces (170g) cream cheese softened 3/4 cup (222g) Nutella 1 tbsp vanilla extract 6 tbsp (45g) cocoa 5 1/4 to 6 cups (630 to 720g) icing sugar. Beat butter and cream cheese together until creamy. Add in vanilla and nutella and beat until combined. Beat in cocoa. Beat in enough powdered sugar to get a spreadable consistency or texture. Pepperoni Pizza Cake -with yoyomax12

Saw this one on Pinterest and had to give it a try! This recipe also on the Pillsbury website. Please leave me your recipe suggestions in the comments on on my facebook page: Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TammyYoyomax12?ref=hl 2 cans Pillsbury pizza crust (or use your own pizza crust recipe) About 1 cup of pizza sauce 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup sliced pepperoni The pan I used was a 6" pan with 4" sides and it was plenty big to fit in all the layers. Open one can of dough and spread it out onto a piece of parchment paper or silicone mat. It needs to be big enough so that you can cut out three 6" diameter circles using the bottom of the pan. Open the second can of dough and spread it out like the first. Cut two 6" circles near the bottom long edge of the rectangle, leaving a long broad uncut stip of dough at the top. The long uncut strip of dough must be at least 1" wider than the height of the pan and must be long enough to encircle the pan. Bake the five 6" circles at 400F for about 10 minutes until light brown on the bottom. The rounds should be baked but still pale. Allow them to cool. DON'T bake the long strip. Line the baking dish with parchment paper, making sure there is enough paper overhanging outside the pan to use as handles to lift the cake out once it is done. Carefully take the long strip of uncooked dough and drape it around the inside edge of the pan, leaving 1/2 to 1" of dough overhanging outside. Place one of the baked dough rounds in the bottom of the pan, trimming if necessary to fit. Top with sauce, pepperoni and cheese. Repeat with the other four rounds. The Pillsbury recipe asks that you only use cheese and pepperoni on the very top, but I think adding some sauce would be better. Fold the overhanging dough over the top of the last layer making a raised pizza crust edge. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan using the parchment as handles. If the pizza cake sides seem squishy, put it back in the oven (without a pan) for 5-10 minutes more. The sides will stale fairly pale in colour, the pillsbury website photos also looked like this. Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting. INFO ABOUT ME :) My name is Tammy and I live in Northeastern Ontario Canada. I am a married, full-time working mom of one teenaged son. Instant Pot Cheesecake ~ 1st Place Winner !!!

*** ! Warning ! This cheesecake is extremely delicious, proceed with extreme caution! *** Must read message at end of description *** This video is about Instant Pot ~ New York Cheese Cake ~ 1st Place Winner !!! This is our 1st place winner out of all the other recipes we have tried. * I meant to say that I used parchment paper in the video !!!!!!!! - Crust ~ 10 graham cracker sheets ( or about 1 full package ), 4 tbsp melted butter, pinch of salt, 2 tsp brown sugar - Cheesecake batter ~ 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp corn starch, 2 pinches salt, 16 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2tsp vanilla, 2 eggs - Topping ~ 2 "big huge" tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp sugar - Pressure cook 26 min - rest 10 min - refrigerate at least 4 hours ~ even better overnight ****** Nothing in this recipe needs to be exact !!!!!! ~ If you want to alter it slightly to meet your own preference that is just fine. This video is a combination of all of the other videos and recipes that I have tried in the past. I always slightly change recipes to my preference, thats the fun of cooking. Either way I promise you, when you are done, you will still get cheesecake. Don't over think anything :) and have fun....And yes, my 2 pinches of salt were too big in the video.... oh well, better luck next time. I'm not a professional Chef or Baker. I'm just a single parent trying to have fun in the kitchen and make fun things for my boys... *** Discloser ~ If you make more then three cheesecakes within a week, then you should probably share some with me :) * The pan is from Amazon~ It is 6 inch wide and 3 inches tall it’s called the fat daddio

This cheesecake is simply spectacular. It will satisfy anyone with a love of chocolate and peanut butter.

BROWNIE LAYER (CRUST):
6 tbsp butter melted (I used salted)
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Following to be sprinkled on top of brownie layer once baked:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
6 Reese's peanut butter cups cut into quarters

Prepare your springform pan by lining the bottom with a circle of parchment and then grease the pan and parchment. Your springform pan should be at least 3" high on the sides. I used a 9" diameter springform pan. If it is not (I suspect a lot of them aren't) you may have some cheesecake batter leftover, so you may want to plan for some mini cheesecakes at the same time.

Stir together the melted butter, sugar and vanilla and then add the eggs and blend.

Stir in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Gently spread into the bottom the pan and then bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
Remove from the stove and then sprinkle with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and chopped peanut butter cups.

CHEESECAKE BATTER:

2 pounds ( 4-8oz packages) of cream cheese brought to room temperature. Don't skip this step!
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cups heavy cream or half and half
1 tbsp vanilla

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time and then add in sugar, peanut butter and cream. Blend until smooth an then stir in vanilla.

Pour filling into pan. It is okay to go right up to the edge of the pan as this does not rise very much and should not overflow.

Cover the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil and then place into a large roasting pan partially filled with hot water. The water should come up to about halfway up the sides of the cheesecake pan. The water bath will help the cheesecake cook evenly and will help keep it from cracking.

Bake at 325F for 90 minutes. I turned the oven off at that point and then propped the oven door open. I allowed it to cool in the oven that way for an hour and then let it cool for another hour on the counter. I then put it in the refrigerator overnight to completely chill.

Remove from the springform pan and transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with chocolate ganache (recipe below) and garnish with an additional 6 peanut butter cups cut in half.

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat the cream until hot, add the chips and allow them to sit in the hot cream for 1-2 minutes. Stir together until smooth (I had to put it back in the microwave to heat if up for a few seconds to completely melt the chocolate).
I transferred the ganache to a zip lock bag with the corner cut off and drizzled it on the cheesecake.
