I've teamed up with Quaker to show you how to make my favourite overnight oats! For the base you can mix these and leave overnight in the fridge: Half a cup of quick oats 1 cup of coconut milk 1 teaspoon of honey 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence a pinch of sea salt For garnish, why not try... - Chopped strawberries, cacao nibs & a drizzle of honey - Layer with mango puree (half a mango blended with 1/2 cup of water) and top with fresh mango - Mix a teaspoon of cacao powder with the base, top with chopped banana and some granola
