In this video I will show you 4 ways in which I like to prepare my overnight oats. What I like about overnight oats is that they are quite simple to make and there are endless topping options. And as the name says you can make these the night before to ensure your breakfast is ready in the morning Regardless of what fruit topping you choose, there are a few basic ingredients/utensils you will need which are: 1. A jar or a bowl, preferably a jar. 2. Milk. (regular milk, almond, soy, oat or coconut milk any milk will do) 3. Chia seeds. 4. Sweetener (Agave Nectar/Honey/ Brown Sugar/ Stevia) 5. Greek yogurt 6. Regular Oats These measurements serve as a guideline Mango + Coconut 1/2 Cup Oats 1/2 Cup Coconut milk + Water 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 2 Teaspoons Shredded Coconut 1/4 Cup Mango Strawberry + Vanilla 1/2 Cup Oats 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup Oat Milk 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar Vanilla Bean 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 3-4 Medium sized Strawberries Blueberry + Lemon 1/2 Cup Oats 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup Oat Milk 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup Blueberries Apple + Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Oats 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder 1/2 Cup Oat Milk 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup Apple These were my 4 overnight oats recipes.
