There are few things in life -- or at least during breakfast -- that are more satisfying than a good thick bowl of oatmeal. Golden Mylk Ingredients - 24 oz of Almond Mylk (my recipe is in the video above, it's incredibly easy to make) - 5 pitted medjool dates - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1 inch turmeric root - Himalayan salt - 1/3 cup shelled hemp seeds Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for about 60 seconds.
