सूजी के परफेक्ट गुलाब जामुन Suji Ke Gulab Jamun Suji Ke Gulab Jamun In Hindi Suji Gulab Jamun Recipe Gulab Jamun is a traditional dessert in India. It's a sweet jamuns that consist of soft, deep fried balls of dough and are soaked in an aromatic sugar syrup. So, today I prepared this Gulab Jamuns by using semolina / rava and milk. They came out very well. Preparation Time and Cooking Time 25 Minutes Ingredients : Rava / Sooji / Semolina 1 cup Milk 2 cups Sugar 1 ½ cups Ghee 2 tbsp Water 1 ¼ cups Cardamom powder 1 Tsp Veg.oil to fry Gulab Jamun Recipe : To Make Gulab Jamun Dough : Turn on the flame and place a pan or kadhai and heat it, now add 1 and ½ tbsp ghee, 1 cup Rava or suji, saute it on a medium flame for about 4 to 5 minutes. Now add 2 cups of milk, mix well, remember that there should not be any lump. Saute till making a soft dough. Turn off flame and let it cool down. Now in a mixing bowl, take rava and milk dough and add milk. Mix well and knead to make a soft dough. Lastly, add ½ tbsp ghee and knead again. Divide dough into equal portions and roll each portion of dough in between your palms to make round shape balls. Meanwhile, in a kadhai heat oil, deep fry sooji or Rava Gulab Jamun on low to medium flame, till it gets brown color. To Make Sugar Syrup : In a pan add sugar, water, and 1 tsp cardamom powder, bring it to boil and turn off flame and cover pan with lead. Here, sugar syrup for Gulab Jamun is ready. Now, drop the fried Gulab Jamun into the sugar syrup, bring it to boil and turn off the flame and cover pan with lead. Ingredients Bread slice-5 Milk -5-6tbsp Ghee-1tsp Oil- Rose essence -1drop Cardamom- Sugar-1 1/2 cup Water-2 cup Lemon Juice -1tsp Method Make bread in to crumbs ..Add milk and ghee .. Make a soft dough ..Close the dough for 10 minutes ..By that time we can make sugar syrup.. For that add 2 glass of water and sugar in a kadai and melt in high flame .. Add cardamom pods or powder ,,When began to boil cook for another 5 minutes ..Then add lemon juice and rose syrup .. Then stitch of the flame and keep aside ..Then make balls from the soft dough .. Heat oil and fry this bread balls in medium flame till brown colour .. Then add these balls to the hot sugar syrup and cook the syrup in 2 minutes in low flame .. Then switch off the flame ..with in 10 minutes bread gulab jamun will be ready to serve .. Enjoy Plz do follow my fb page
