A fishing report while iexplore in my kayak around Steinhatchee Fl USA. Blue Crabs and Sea Trout are on the catch and cook menu today. Cooking light I prepare a delicious crab and spotted sea trout dinner in my kayak hotel with butter, free camping or glamping at it’s best. Kayak exploring is what I love to do and I catch more legal seafood than I need. I also show you the legal limits of the fish and crabs I catch, all of the highest quality seafood. High in omega 3 and especially omega 3 fatty acids, we should all eat more crabs and fresh quality seafood. I stay out all day until i find the best fishing tides. Delicious catch and cook seafood basket or smorgasbord served on a woven palm plate, Prawns (aka shrimp ), Oysters and Salmon are served by the camp fire, but alas the mud Crabs eluded me again. Andy fisher in a tropical paradise for my lunch and then cook it up on the fire after foraging for the oysters. This is another mouth watering catch and cook episode. I also open a fresh coconut right on the beach and drink the juice, which is very refreshing. I show you how to do it all, everything is explained.
