('구독'과 '좋아요' 감사합니다 ☺) 채널 구독 ▷ https://goo.gl/Cz97tI +영상은 무단도용, 2차편집, 재업로드를 금지합니다. 안녕하세요 오늘은 티라미수 타르트를 준비했어요 특히 이 타르트는 가나슈가 꼭 들어가는게 좋아요 가나슈 + 치즈 크림이 잘 어울리거든요 크림사이에 제누와즈를 1장 넣어보세요 저는 타르트만 생각하고 만들어서 시트를 넣지 않고 커피는 가나슈에 넣었습니다 저는 타르트 링을 사용했는데 일반 타르트 팬을 쓰셔도 됩니다 ▶재료 (18cm 타르트 1개) + 타르트지 버터 60g, 슈가파우더 30g, 노른자 1개, 박력분 120g, 코코아가루 10g (덧 가루용 코코아가루 약간) + 커피 가나슈 다크 초콜릿 140g, 생크림 110ml, 인스턴트커피 3g + 크림 cream 마스카포네 & 크림치즈 150g, 설탕 40g, 생크림 150ml + 마무리 코코아가루 15g 1) 타르트지 - 말랑한 버터를 풀어줍니다 2) 슈가파우더, 노른자를 하나씩 넣어가며 섞어줍니다 3) 박력분과 코코아가루를 체쳐 넣고 뭉치도록 섞어줍니다 4) 한 덩어리가 되면 랩으로 감싸 냉장실에 30분 동안 둡니다 5) 반죽을 밀대로 얇게 밀어 타르트 팬에 넣고 눌러줍니다 6) 포크로 구멍을 뚫어 종이호일을 깔고 누름돌을 올려 예열된 오븐에 구워줍니다 (180도 20분 굽고 누름돌과 종이호일을 제거하고 5분간 더 구워줍니다) 7) 구운 타르트는 완전히 식혀 틀에서 분리합니다 8) 가나슈 - 생크림을 냄비에 담아 끓여줍니다 (약불) 9) 생크림이 끓으면 불을 끄고 초콜릿을 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다 10) 초콜릿이 녹아 잘 섞이면 커피를 넣고 잘 섞어 구운 타르트에 넣어 평평하게 해줍니다 11) 냉장실에 30분 넣어둡니다 12) 크림 - 실온에 둔 크림치즈(혹은 마스카포네)를 풀어줍니다 13) 설탕을 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다 14) 생크림을 넣고 거품기로 크림이 단단해지도록 휘핑합니다 15) 짤주머니나 스페츄라를 이용해 타르트위에 올려줍니다 (저는 지름 2cm 원형 깍지를 사용해서 올렸어요) 16) 코코아가루를 뿌려 마무리 합니다 + 맛은 좋아요 (???) 가나슈가 진짜 신의 한 수? 까지는 아니지만 너무 잘 어울립니다 티라미수 좋아하는 사람에게 선물한다면 아주 좋은 선물이 될 것 같아요 위에 장식은 본인 취향대로 하시면 됩니다 꼭 저처럼 안해도 됩니다 (선물한다면 가지고 나가지 직전에 슈가파우더를 뿌려주고 코코아가루를 뿌려주세요 그럼 조금이라도 더 덜 눅눅해질 거예요) 여름에는 젤라틴을 넣는게 좋습니다 (날이 더우면 금방 크림이 녹을 수 있어요) ※ 가염, 가당 등이 붙지 않으면 무가당생크림, 무염버터를 사용하시면 됩니다 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 ======================================== ▷ 네이버 블로그 http://blog.naver.com/rha0159 ▷ 인스타그램 https://www.instagram.com/hanse_bake/ ▷ 한세2 https://www.youtube.com/c/HanseYouTube ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CookingASMR | FoodASMR | 베이킹 | 쿠킹ASMR | RealCookingSound | クッキングサウンド

Gennaro Contaldo's Classic Tiramisu Recipe | Citalia

In this video, chef Gennaro Contaldo shows us how to make tiramisu, a simple and delicious Italian pudding using coffee, mascarpone and sponge fingers. Although a regular sight on menus across Europe and beyond, tiramisu is actually a relatively recent invention and not a traditional Italian pudding as you might expect. Nonetheless, we've taken it into our hearts thanks to its delicious combination of heady flavours. Ingredients 4 x servings 250ml mascarpone 250ml double cream 1 x egg yolk 2 x tbsp sugar Seeds of ½ vanilla pod 180ml espresso coffee 2 x tbsp coffee liqueur (Kahlua) 12 x Savoiardi biscuits Cocoa powder for dusting 25cm in diameter round shallow dish or any shape you prefer Method In a bowl or container, combine coffee and coffee liqueur. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone, cream, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla seeds together until all well mixed. Set aside. Dip the biscuits in the coffee mix and line the dish, pour over the creamy mixture and spread evenly all over. Dust with cocoa powder.
