Tough Times, Unemployment, Difficulties & Challenges - My Thoughts

Tough Times, Unemployment, Difficulties & Challenges - My Thoughts I always receive emails of people who are going through tough times, of people who are hunting for jobs and of people who require help. One of the reasons I receive emails from people who are going through tough time, Unemployment, Difficulties & challenges is that I am into the Personal Branding Business. Most people want help and need assistance where finding a job is concerned. However, what people fail to understand is that I am doing this not as a social service but because this is my core job, my bread and butter and my profession. In this video I speak about real life stories, emails and communications that I receive from people in the Employment sector - predominantly from the Middle East. Here you will get to hear stories from people who are going through Tough Time, who are going through Unemployment, people who are going through difficulties, and people who are doing through challenges. The only change I have made is that I haven't stated their real names or their identities to maintain their privacy. So watch this video titled "Tough Times, Unemployment, Difficulties & Challenges - My Thoughts" and let me know your thoughts. ------------------------------- TO CONTACT loy@loymachedo.com | +66-92-541-4784 TO SUPPORT MY CHANNEL Please send money via paypal to loy@loymachedo.com QUORA PROFILE https://www.quora.com/profile/Loy-Machedo MENTORING SERVICES http://thinkpersonalbranding.com/ MY BLOG https://loymachedo.com WHO AM I? http://whoisloymachedo.com MORE ABOUT ME? Jack Ma: Success Can Come at Any Age (Jack Ma 2017)

Jack Ma: Success Can Come at Any Age (Jack Ma 2017) When it comes to solving really hard problems, Ma has a famous quote that I love: "Today is hard. Tomorrow will be worse. But the day after that will be beautiful. Most of your talent won't make it past tomorrow." But as a leader, you must inspire people through those hardest times: To stick with it, to move through it, and to see past it so they can make it to the day where things are beautiful. That's when you're really innovating. You have get your team there. I'm a dropout of Harvard Business School, but I took a very helpful leadership class while I was there that really stuck with me. We discussed looking at problems from every angle, and looking at the person inside the puzzle. See their picture, their concern, their point of view, and understand that people feel passionately the way they do. Your job is to see the 360º and come up with the answers. On the flip side, you have to balance this by pushing people to their boundaries. How do you get there, if most people don't make it past Jack Ma's tomorrow? You ache to get talent to do things they've never done before. And that's hard. *CREDIT Jack Ma FAIR-USE COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER * Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. What is the age limit to achieve success?

I am pretty sure that everyone believes that there is no age limit to success. In fact, most people believe you can achieve success at any age, at any point in your life and at any time. But is this really the case that there is no age limit to success and you can achieve success at any age no matter what?

This is my opinion.

I feel we need to stop giving ourselves BS and start being real. Yes, it feels good being positive and encouraging but there is a limit to where all this can keep going on and on. And at some point - it needs to stop.

Personally, I am very tired of people constantly stating that anyone can achieve success at any age. You can achieve the impossible. You can do whatever you set your mind to.

I understand that people are trying to be polite and encouraging but somewhere down the line you need to use common sense. I do not feel you can achieve success at any age because your priorities change, your physical body changes, you start having limits to what you can and cannot do.

So watch this video and let me know what you think - Is there an age limit to success.
