No Bake Brownies | Fudgy Brownies | Eggless brownies| No Bake Fudgy Brownies|No bake Brownies recipe

No bake Brownies Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour(sifted) 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 2 1/4 cups evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter/margarine(softened) 1/4 tsp instant coffee pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed(optional) Procudure: 1) In a saucepan combine 1 cup evaporated milk, sugar and butter 2) Cook over med-low heat. Stir until sugar and butter melts 3) Add flour and continue mixing. Cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat 4) Add cocoa powder, remaining evaporated milk, instant coffee, salt and vanilla extract 5) Mix constantly until thick enough to hold shape 6) Turn the heat off and mix in peanuts 7) Transfer into a container with parchment paper 8) Use a spatula to spread it evenly 9) Add peanuts for toppings and chill overnight Optional Steps: *add ganache Ganache ingredients: 1 cup bitter sweet chocolate, chopped 1/4 cup all purpose cream addtional toppings: roasted peanuts(crushed) chocolate chips Procedure: 1) In a pan heat all purpose cream over med-low heat 2) Add chopped chocolates. Cheese Sticks Is a perfect appetizer or snacks. It’s a breaded cheese sticks deep fried until golden brown and crispy. Cheese) ½ cups flour 1 1/2- 2 cups bread crumbs 2 egg + 2 or 3 tbsp water ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp ground black pepper Cooking oil for deep frying Ketchup for dipping sauce Packaging: White Tray (medium) P18.75 - 5 pcs. Mini plastic ketchup container Procedure 1. Freeze cheese until firm so it will be easy to cut. Cut cheese into sticks (It’s up to you how thick you want it especially if you’re making this for business). 2. Mix together bread crumbs, ground black pepper and salt. In another bowl mix egg and water. 3. Dredge cheese sticks in flour and shake the excess flour. Cover in egg mixture and cover in seasoned bread crumbs. Repeat the process (but skip the flour this time) cover in egg mixture again and coat with bread crumbs. 4. Put it in a plate and freeze for 1 hour before frying. 5. Heat oil in medium heat and fry cheese sticks in batches (so it won’t stick together). Turn it occasionally and fry until golden brown in color. Drain excess oil in a strainer or paper towel. 6. Best serve hot! Serve with ketchup or ketchup-mayo dipping sauce. Yields: 36 cheese sticks Enjoy! No Bake Brownies Recipe
¾ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 ½ cup All-purpose flour
2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup butter
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup evaporated milk
1 cup dark chocolate

¼ cup chopped peanuts
1. Sift flour and cocoa powder. Then give it a mix and set aside.
2. In a pan over low heat add evaporated milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and instant coffee. Mix until it completely dissolved.
3. Add sifted flour and cocoa mixture. Mix. Then gradually add remaining evaporated milk. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until it can already hold a shape.
4. Transfer mixture in a container lined with parchment or wax paper. You can also use aluminum foil.
5. Spread mixture evenly into the container. Flatten and smooth the surface using a spoon or spatula.
6. Using an improvised double boiler. Melt chocolate in evaporated milk over low heat. Stir until the chocolate completely melted.
7. Pour chocolate frosting on top of brownies. Spread it evenly. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts.
8. Cover and chill in the ref overnight. After it chilled cut brownies into bite size pieces.
