My Birthday Cheat Day 16,000+ Calories (Epic Cheat Meal: Donuts, Ice Cream, Fast Food, Candy)

Today was my Birthday. I planned this epic cheat day aka cheat meal. Over 16,000 Calories have been devoured (16,423 Calories to be exact). I went to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Firehouse Subs, Steak-n-Shake, Krispy Kreme. There is ice cream, candy, chocolate, donuts, Fast Food. Everything I dreamed of. Welcome to my youtube channel. This is my second video. I am a stay at home dad who likes to workout. Overall I lost 80 lbs using IIFYM. I like to create my own meal plans using macros. This is Day 9 of my second summer cut. I had 2 bad weeks in which I gained 30lbs lol.
