Tri colour chapati is colourful dish which kids will love to eat. It’s nutritious and very healthy recipe. Ingredients: Wheat flour 1 cup Salt to taste Spinach puree(blanged) ½ cup Carrot puree(blended) ½ cup Oil/butter 7-8 tsp Beetroot puree(blended) ½ cup Method : Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt. Now add carrot puree and mix it like a dough. Add oil and knead it again to make a soft dough and keep it aside. Now again take some flour add salt, spinach puree and knead it well by adding some oil. In the same way take some flour add salt, beetroot puree and knead it well by adding some oil. When all the three colours dough is ready roll it in roti’s. Now apply butter on one of the roti’s-carrot roti and apply butter then sprinkle little flour on it and keep another- beetroot roti on it. Apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it then keep the last spinach roti on it, then again apply butter and sprinkle little flour on it. Roll it completely very carefully and cut into pieces on chopping board. Roll the pieces into roti’s by dusting little flour. Add butter/oil on hot pan and cook this roti on it. Cook it both the sides by adding little oil or butter. Take it in a plate and apply some tomato ketchup on it and roll it before eating.
