This can be made from the ingredients easily available in your pantry. If the dough is ready then this can be a quick breakfast option. Plain paratha is spiced up with some spices and served. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment. Ingredients: • 2 cups Wheat flout • Salt to taste • Oil • Kanda lasun masala • Red chili powder • Finely chopped Coriander leaves Method: • Take wheat flour into a dish and add salt to taste. • Mix well and add a little water at a time and knead dough as we knead chapatti dough. • Add a little oil and knead again. • Transfer the dough into a bowl, and spread a little oil all over it. • Cover and rest the dough for about 15-20 minutes. • Take the dough and knead it once more to make it even. • Take a little dough ball and make it even. • Dip the dough ball into dry flour and roll a little thick chapatti. • Spread oil all over the chapatti. • Spread kanda lasun masala, red chili powder, a little salt and coriander leaves. • Add salt just enough to balance the taste of the spices. • You can use kala masala, malvani masala, varhadi masala, saoji masala or any stored masals that you have instead of kanda lasun masala. • Roll the coriander leaves a little with rolling pin so that these won’t fall off. • Fold the paratha as we fold the paper for making fan. • Fold the side having masala inside to make a ball. • Roll the ball into a little thick paratha again. • Heat up a pan on medium heat. • Transfer the rolled paratha on the pan. • After roasting for about 3-4 minutes from one side flip the paratha over and roast form other side for about 2-3 minutes. • Spread a little more oil and flip it over. • Spread oil from other side as well. • Roast the paratha well from both sides. • Take the paratha off the pan into a dish and crush it a little from all sides so that it will get nice layers. • Masala paratha is already. • You can have this paratha as it is. Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani is a World famous Dish, it is made using chicken which is marinated then cooked and then is added to cooked rice and again cooked under dum METHOD 1.First we need to make spice powder, for this we need Coriander seeds - 3 teaspoon Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns - 2 teaspoon Cloves - 20 Cardamom - 12 Nutmeg - 1 small piece Bay leaves - 2 Mace - small piece Star Anise - 2 Black cardamom - 2 Cinnamon sticks - 20 small pieces Grind it to a fine powder 2.For making biryani we need Chicken - 1 kilo For marinating we need Special Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoon Spice powder - 1 teaspoon Yogurt - 300 gram Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Fried and crushed onion - 2 medium sized Few mint and coriander leaves Crushed - green chilies - 1 tablespoon Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon Mix it well and marinate for an hour 3.Soak Basmati rice in water - 1 kilo 4.In a vessel heat oil - 5 tablespoon and add the marinated chicken and cook till it turns 80% tender 5.In another bowl add water - 3 to 4 liter and to it add Salt as required Cloves - 4 Cardamom Cinnamon sticks - 5 Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom - 3 Oil - 1 tablespoon Mix it 6.Now add soaked rice and cook till 70% done 7.In a big bowl add rice layer then chicken layer so on as shown and garnish with fried onions,mint and coriander leaves,clarified butter,saffron soaked milk,garam masala powder etc 8.Then keep it under dum for 30 minutes under a tawa. 9.Serve hot with raita or brinjal chutney SPECIAL ADRAK LEHSUN KA PASTE/ SPECIAL GINGER GARLIC PASTE https://youtu.be/mcoB_1BPaDk

500 brinjal

1 1/2 medium size onion paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsp tamarind pulp
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
3-4 green chilies
8-10 curry leaves
50 g peanut
4-5 small pieces of coconut
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
4-5 tbsp oil
