Welcome to my youtube channel. This is my second video. I am a stay at home dad who likes to workout. Overall I lost 80 lbs using IIFYM. I like to create my own meal plans using macros. This is Day 7 of my second summer cut. I had 2 bad weeks in which I gained 30lbs lol.
I worked on my video editing skills. Hopefully it shows. This is mainly a workout video with a glimpse of my daily life. Enjoy
