Navratan Korma | Jain Recipe I Chefharpalsinghsokhi

Navratan Korma is a rich, creamy and flavorful dish that literally translates to nine-gem curry. The “gems” are the fruits, vegetables and nuts that make up the curry. Vegetable korma was created in imperial kitchens and served to kings, queens and other royals during the Mughal era in India. Ingredients: Corn kernels - 1/2 cup Cauliflower florets - 1 cup Makhana (Fox nuts) - 1 cup Capsicum diced - 1 medium French beans - 1/2 cup Green peas - 1/2 cup Green chilli chopped - 3 nos cashew nut paste - 1 cup Milk - 3 1/2 cups Fresh cream - 1 cup Sugar - 1 tbsp Cashew nut - 10-12 nos Pistachio - 10-12 nos Raisins - 10-12 nos Black pepper corn - 10-12 nos Bay leaf - 2 nos Salt - to taste Oil - 1 tbsp Black Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 1) Heat oil in a pan, fry the assorted nuts till brown, remove the nuts in a bowl 2) Now add bay leaf, black pepper corn,chopped green chilli, cashew nut paste and cook till the raw flavour of cashew nuts is gone 3) Add milk and mix well, now cook it on low flame for about 15 minutes, now again add milk to set the consistency 4) Add corn kernels, cauliflower, fried nuts, makhana and sugar,now boil it for few minutes 5) Add capsicum french beans, green peas, and again boil for few more minutes, now add elaichi powder, fresh cream finely add salt and its done, remove in a bowl and serve hot Visit my website : www.harpalssokhi.com Follow us on youtube :https://www.youtube.com/user/chefharp... # No onion No Garlic Recipe |Paneer Butter Masala | Chef Harpal Singh

Cooking No Oion No Garlic food is an art and this recipe of Paneer Butter Masala without onion and garlic is a delght Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients Oil – 2 tbsp Tomatoes cubes- 4 Salt to taste Green cradmom- 4-5 Javitri (mace) -1 Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Cashewnut paste- ½ cup Butter- 3 tbsp Green chilli juliennes- 2-3 Cream 3 3 tbsp Panner – 100 gms Kasuri methi- 1 tsp Honey – 1 tbsp Method Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato cubes, salt, green cardamom, mace and cook till the tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder, cashewnut paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins Transfer the mixture in a blender and blend to a fine paste and keep aside. In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil, butter. Add green chili juliennes and strain the paste into the pan. cook for 3-4 mins. Add cream , panner cubes, kasuri methi, honey . mix well and cook for 1-2 mins. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle kasuri methi and garnish with coriander sprig. Serve hot.

Hello friends, welcome to Shikha's Kitchen. Today I am going to share with you all a very tasty, delicious and rich recipe of Matar Makhana. This recipe is very easy to prepare and could be made on special occasions such as festivals and birthdays. Its rich texture combined with cashew nuts and cream makes it a favourite among people of all ages. I have prepared this recipe without the use of onions or garlic.

Ingredients :

2 cups peas
2 cups lotus seeds(makhane)
6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chilli
1 inch ginger
10-15 cashew nuts
2 tsp fresh cream
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp jeera
