Eggless Chocolate Cake | No Oven | No Butter | Heart Shape Cake

A Perfect Chocolate Cake for VALENTINE’s DAY. It’s also good for Birthday, Anniversary or any special occasion. This Chocolate Cake is baked by using the Pressure Cooker. The preparation of this Chocolate Cake Recipe is supported by Katta Venkatesh (My Son). Ingredients Step 1: Condensed Milk • Milk 1 ltr Step 2: Chocolate Cake • Sugar 280 gm (1 ¼ cups) • All Purpose Flour (Maida) 250 gm (2 cups) • Cocoa Powder 40 gm (1 cup) • Baking Soda 7 gm (1 ½ tsp) • Condensed Milk (Luke Warm) • Sunflower Oil 230 ml • Vanilla Extract 1 ½ tsp • Clarified Butter (Ghee) to Grease Cake Tin Step 3: Dark Chocolate Ganache • Cream 400 ml • Chopped Dark Compound Chocolate800 gm How to Prepare Step 1: Condensed Milk 1) On a high flame, pour milk in the pan. 2) Once the milk starts boiling, heat it up in low medium flame until 1/3 consistency. 3) Keep stirring regularly in every 2 to 3 minutes. Milk can froth up and boil over anytime, keep an eye. 4) Once milk start getting thicker, stir every 1 minute. 5) Turn off the flame and keep aside until luke warm. 6) Condensed Milk is Ready. Step 2: Chocolate Cake 1) Grind the Sugar 2) In a bowl take grinded sugar and sieve the mixture of flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix everything really well. 3) Add condensed milk and whisk again thoroughly. 4) Add sunflower oil and vanilla extract, and mix well. 5) Batter for cake is ready. 6) Take butter paper and trace out 8 inch cake tin on it with pencil. 7) Cut out with scissor. 8) Grease the cake tin from inside with some clarified butter. 9) Place the butter paper inside the cake tin. 10) After this, pour cake batter in the cake tin. 11) Tap it over the surface and even it out. 12) Place roti pan on the stove and on it place pressure cooker. 13) Place the cake tin in cooker and keep the lid without whistle. 14) Keep the stove on low medium flame and bake the cake. 15) After an hour check the cake by inserting a toothpick or knife, if it is not clean, keep lid again for 15 minutes. 16) Check the cake again by inserting a toothpick or knife inside the cake, it should come out clean. 17) Let the cake cool down. 18) Once cake has cooled down, run knife around the cake to separate it from the tin. 19) Place a plate above the cake tin and flip it upside down. Cake will come out on the plate. Remove the butter paper. 20) Chocolate Cake is Ready. Step 3: Dark Chocolate Ganache 1) On a low flame heat the cream until it starts boiling. 2) Pour the boiled cream over chopped dark compound chocolate. 3) Submerge cream into chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes, and then stir well. 4) If chocolate chunks are seen, continue to the further/next boiling steps. 5) Heat water of a high flame and once the boiling starts, heat the water on a low flame. 6) Put the mixture bowl on water pan and ensure that the water is not touching the bowl. 7) Mix well continuously until the chocolate melts completely. 8) Let the dark chocolate ganache cool down, once it is cools down, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature until overnight (at least 6 – 8 hours). 9) Dark Chocolate Ganache is Ready. Step 4: Chocolate Cake Decoration 1) Put the heart shape cutout on the cake and cut the cake with knife. Can make cake pops with the remaining cake pieces. 2) Cut cake in centre using cake leveler. 3) Place the cake boards on a turnable table. 4) Separate some ganache for cake covering. 5) Apply some ganache on the cake board to keep the cake in a stable position. 6) Apply ganache uniformly using offset spatula on both the layers of cake. 7) Spread ganache throughout the cake. 8) Use cake scraper to give the cake a perfect finish. 9) Use open star piping tip (1m) and piping bag to decorate the cake with ganache. 10) Decorate the cake with rosette, star and pearls. 11) Chocolate Cake for Valentine’s Day is Ready.
