Subscribe 👉🏻:https://m.youtube.com/user/savithasri Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/savithaak/ ingredients: maida 2 cups melted ghee 1/4 the cup curd 1 tb sp water 1/4th cup cooking soda a pinch oil to deep fry sugar 1 cup water 1/2 cup method : 1. start making sugar syrup. add sugar and water in a vessel and bring to boil. as soon as a string consistency is formed switch off the flame. 2.In a basin add melted ghee,soda ,water ,curd and mix properly. 3.To this add maida, and work as shown in the video to form a soft dough. 4.rest this dough for 10 minutes. 5.Heat oil in a kadai. 6.Now take out the dough and knead once . make small balls , press on your palm and make a hole in the middle, press again to flatten it. 7.when oil is hot enough switch off the flame. put them into oil , they settle down in bottom at first . 8.slowly they come up as shown in video and then switch on the flame. later once they slightly change in color turn them onto other side and continue frying. 9.It will take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete one batch.strain them onto a plate once taken out of oil and dip in warm sugar syrup. 10.let them soak for 4-5 minutes then take out, arrange on a plate and they're ready to serve. notes: 1. frying badusha is very important step.oil must not b e hot. should fry entire batch on low flame. ಬಾದೂಷ ಕನ್ನಡ ರೆಸಿಪಿ ವಿಧಾನ: ೧.ಒಂದು ಬೇಸಿನ್ ಗೆ ಕಾಲು ಕಪ್ ಕರಗಿಸಿದ ತುಪ್ಪ, ಕಾಲು ಕಪ್ ನೀರು, ಒಂದು ಚಮಚ ಮೊಸರು, ಚಿಟಿಕೆ ಸೋಡಾ ಹಾಕಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲೆಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಕಪ್ ಮೈದಾ ಹಾಕಿ ಚಪಾತಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಹದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಲೆಸಿ ೧೦ ನಿಮಿಷ ಇಡಬೇಕು. ೨.ಒಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ, ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್ ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ಒಂದೆಳೆ ಪಾಕ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಕುದಿಸಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಬೇಕು. ೩.ಒಂದು ಕಡಾಯಿಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಸಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಬಿಸಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಸ್ಟೌ ಆರಿಸಬೇಕು. ೪. ಕಲೆಸಿಟ್ಟ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಾದಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಉಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಅಂಗೈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ೫.ಮಾಡಿಟ್ಟ ಉಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎಣ್ಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಅದು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ಸ್ಟೌ ಆನ್ ಮಾಡಿ, ತಿರುವಿ ಹಾಕಿ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸದಂತೆ ಕಲರ್ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಕರಿಯಿರಿ.(ಸಣ್ಣ ಉರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರಿಯಬೇಕು) ೬.ಕರಿದ ಬಾದೂಷಾಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಪಾಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಕಿ,ನಾಲ್ಕೈದು ನಿಮಿಷ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
