Healthy, easy and delicious banana bread. No flour, no butter.

Hey guys! this is a healthy and super yummy banana bread, I`ve always loved this bread but lately I decided to come up with a healthy versión of it and I`ve been loving it so far, hope you do too. Suscribe for more content like this, xx, BANANA BREAD Ingredients: -2½ cups of oats -8g of stevia -2 tsp of cinnamon -2 TBS of brown sugar (optional for extra sweetness) -1 TBS of baking powder -4 or 5 ripe bananas -2 eggs -2 tsp of vanilla -1 TBS of olive oil -Raisins, nuts or shredded coconut optional In a blender, blend the oats until it has a flour consistency, then pour it into a bowl and add all the dry ingredients and mix. (if you choose to not add the brown sugar, add more stevia for sweetness) In another bowl, mash the bananas and add the liquid ingredients, mix a little bit and then whisk until you no longer have big pieces of banana. Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients and add any additional nuts or raisins or whatever you want. Grease you baking pan if needed and pour the mixure. Bake at 350'F / 180' C for an hour or 1:20 minutes until toothpick or knive comes almost clean. Enjoy. _____________________________________________ PAN DE PLATANO Ingredientes: -2½ tazas de avena -8g de stevia (8 sobrecitos) -2 cucharaditas de canela -2 cucharadas de azúcar moscabado o piloncillo (opcional para sabor mas dulce) -1 cucharada de polvo para hornear -4 ó 5 plátanos maduros -2 huevos -2 cucharaditas de vainilla -1 cucharada de aceite de oliva -Pasitas, nueces o coco rallado (opcional) En la licuadora, licuar la avena hasta que tenga una consistencia de harina y luego echar la harina en un bowl y mezclarla con los ingredientes secos. (Si escogiste no ponerle azúcar mascabado, agregar mas sobrecitos de stevia para que endulce.) En otro bowl, machucar los plátanos y agregarle los ingredientes líquidos y luego mezclar con la batidora hasta que no haya pedazos grandes de plátano. Mezclar los ingredientes secos con los líquidos y agregar pasas o nueces si se desea al gusto. Engrasar el molde para hornear si es necesario y hornear a 350' F / 180' C por una hora u 1:20 minutos, hasta que el palillo o cuchillo salgan casi limpios.
