Hello buddies! Today I am sharing the recipe of hand-beaten coffee, also known as “Indian Cappuccino”. This coffee is deliciously creamy & rich. Usually Indian Cappuccino is sprinkled with drinking chocolate powder, however, I have used Hershey’s chocolate syrup in this one which also tastes yummy. This recipe yields about 3 cups of coffee.
Note: You can prepare the concentrate (coffee mixture) in advance & store it covered in the refrigerator for 2 days.

Coffee (कॉफ़ी) – 2 tsp
Sugar (शक्कर) – 2 tsp + some more as per taste
Hot water (गरम पानी) – 1 tbsp.
Whole milk (दूध) – 175 ml
