5 MINUTES EGG RECIPES | EGG RECIPES IN 5 MINUTES | HYDERABADI RUCHULU

Egg is one of the favourites when it comes to food. We can make a variety of recipes with eggs. Preparing eggs instantly is very .convenient and easy. Let's see how to make some 5 minute egg recipes. Recipe 1- Chinese omelette To a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2-3 teaspoons water and mix. Water will make the ingredients easier to mix in egg. Add 1 egg and beat it. Increase the quantity of other ingredients if more than 1 egg is added. Beat it. Add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (optional) and mix. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Pour the egg mixture. After the bottom layer cooks, stir and break the omelette. This is called a chinese omelette. This will be a great side dish for sambar or dal. Recipe 2- Cup Egg Beat egg in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and beat it. Heat a tempering pan. Heat 1 teaspoon oil and spread it. Pour the egg mixture. Cook on low flame. After the bottom layer cooks, flip the egg carefully. Onions, green chillies could also be added. Recipe 3 - Easy Omelette Beat egg in a bowl. Add onions, green chillies, chopped coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, salt and beat it. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Spread egg mixture and cook on medium flame. After the bottom layer cooks, flip the egg and cook on low flame. More oil could be added after flipping. This could be eaten as it is or with rice and sambar. Recipe 4 - Tomato Pepper Omelette Beat egg in a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder and beat it. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Add 1 tablespoon onions. Add all the ingredients like onions, chilli powder, salt, etc., according to your taste. Fry onions for a minute and add 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies. Add 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes and fry for a minute. Add 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves. Stir for a minute and spread these ingredients on the pan. Pour the egg mixture over these fried ingredients. After the bottom layer cooks, flip the egg carefully. This omelette could be taken as a snack or with rice and chepthi. Recipe 5 - Half Boiled Egg Heat pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil. Break an egg on the pan. Spread only the white part of the egg. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder and salt. This omelette could be eaten as it is or flipped and cooked on the other side. Flip carefully. Cook for a couple of minutes and move it into a plate. Here the egg yolk (yellow) is not completely boiled. For it to cook completely, cook for some more time on low flame. Recipe 6 - Puffy Omelette Break off a small piece of the egg and separate the egg white into a bowl. Make a small hole so that only the white falls into the bowl and break the yellow into a different bowl. Beat the white and yellow separately. The more you beat the egg the puffier it becomes. Beat the egg white till it becomes foamy and creamy. Put it aside and beat the egg yolk. Use a whisker or an egg beater. It could be whisked in a mixie also. Mix the egg white and egg yellow together and beat it. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Pour the egg mixture and close lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt. Garnish with green chillies, spring onions and coriander leaves. Rava Upma in Tamil | ரவா உப்புமா | South Indian Breakfast Recipe in Tamil

Rava upma is one of the most popular South Indian breakfast/dinner recipes. It makes very simple and tasty. But it tastes the best when served hot. Ingredients: White Rava – 1 cup Big Onion – 1 chopped finely Tomato -1 choped green chili - 2 Water – 2 cups Salt – to taste To Temper: Oil – 2 tsp Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Urad Dal – 3/4 tsp Curry leaves – a sprig red Chilli – 2 Method: In a kadai – Dry roast rava for 3-5 mins till nice aroma rises, Do this in low medium flame. keep it side. Heat oil in a kadai – add the items listed under ‘to temper’, let it splutter. Then add onions, green chili, curry leaves and fry for 2mins, onions comes brown color and add tomato, taste to salt and mixt it well. then add water along with salt and let it boil. Once it starts to bubble and boil, add rava slowly in a sprinkled manner, stirring simultaneously.Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps. cook for 5mins or till it becomes fluffy.Switch off at this stage.Serve it hot with sugar and coconut chutney.
