오늘의 메뉴는 요즘 한국 길거리음식 중 가장 핫한 모짜렐라 핫도그입니다. 인스타그램에서 보고 먹어보고싶어서 동네에 매장을 찾아봤는데 없더라고요. 그래서 호떡믹스로 간단하게 만들어봤어요! (호떡믹스는 만능임!) 그럼 맛있는 하루 되세요! Today’s menu is Mozzarella Hotdog, which is the hottest Korean street food at the moment. In Korea, We call corndogs “Hotdogs”, not the original sandwich hotdogs. Usually, they are sausages wrapped in batter, fried, and sprinkled with sugar, ketchup and/or mustard. In Korea, There are many types of hotdog. When I can, I will make a potato hotdog. * Ingredients (6개 분량, 6ea) 찹쌀 호떡믹스 1봉지, 미지근한 물 180ml, 이스트 4g(호떡믹스에 있는거), 빵가루 손가락 두마디만한 모짜렐라 6개, 비엔나 소세지 6개 토핑: 설탕, 설탕, 케첩, 머스타드 등 취향껏 선택하세요. 1 package Hotteok mix (preferably with glutinous rice flour), 180ml lukewarm water 4g instant yeast, bread crumbs, 6 cubed mozzarella, 6 vienna sausage, oil for fry topping: sugar, ketchup, mustard, etc. * Recipe 1. 그릇에 호떡믹스가루, 물, 이스트를 넣어 반죽을 만들어 줍니다. 1. In a bowl, mix the hotteok mix, water and yeast and knead until a ball forms. 2. 나무젓가락에 비엔나 소세지, 모짜렐라를 꽂아줍니다. 2. Put a skewer or wooden chopstick through the sausage and mozzarella. 3. 꼬치에 호떡반죽을 감싼 후, 겉에 빵가루를 묻혀줍니다. 3. Cover it with batter and coat with bread crumbs. 반죽 겉이 마르면 빵가루가 잘 안붙을 수 있어요. 당황하지마시고 겉면에 물을 살짝 발라주세요. 그럼 잘 붙어요. Brush surface with water if breadcrumbs don't stick to the batter 4. 기름에 넣어 노릇하게 튀겨 완성합니다. (160~170도에서 3~5분정도) 4. Fry until golden brown and done! 5. 겉에 설탕을 뿌리고, 케첩, 머스타드 등의 소스를 뿌려 드세요. 5. Learn how to make cheesy garlic bread! Soft, warm, garlicy, cheesy and stringy...this is so easy yet so delicious! The perfect side to a big bowl of spaghetti or a slice of lasagna. See the comments if you wish to use fresh garlic. Enjoy! What you'll need: 2 Italian style hoagie buns (or half a large French bread loaf) 1/4 cup (56g) butter, softened 1/8 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter) 1/8 tsp dried garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp olive oil 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese 4 ounces (113g) mozzarella cheese Combine butter, salt, garlic powder, parsley, minced garlic, oil and parmesan in a small bowl. Spread onto open faces of hoagie buns. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 400*F oven for 5 minutes. When done, top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and golden. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy! You will need: 5.2 cups of all purpose flour 1.5 cups of sparkling water 1.8 oz of fresh yeast 3 eggs 3.5 oz of melted butter 4 tbsp of sugar 1½ tsp of salt 1 red bell pepper 6 spring onions 6.1 oz of ham 10.5 oz of sausages 7 oz of mozzarella ½ stick of melted butter 1 large handful of chopped parsley 180 degrees C convection or 350 degrees F convection for 25-28 minutes.
