Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe

Hi Guys, today I’m going to show you how to make tasty Roasted Garlic Potatoes. We’ll need 4 potatoes peeled and cut into wedges. Toss the potatoes with 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Cut off the top of 1 head of garlic and place in a piece of foil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and rub all over. Cover it up and put it on the same baking sheet. Roast the potatoes for 25 minutes and turn over the pieces. Roast another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. If you want a complete meal, roast a chicken at the same time as the potatoes. Squeeze out the garlic cloves. Remove any of the peel that may have fallen in. Mash the soft garlic into a paste. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan. Add the mashed garlic and stir into the butter. Add 2 tbsps chopped parsley and stir. Spoon the garlic sauce over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Fry 1md sliced onion with little cooking oil to pink. Roast 1/2ts whole coriander-cumin seeds each & crush it in pestle and mortar. When the onions are pink add sliced 3 large tomatoes. Fry until the oil separates then add 3/4ts crushed chillies & salt. Mix, add crushed cumin seeds-coriander, 4 large sliced seekh kebab- see for its recipe on this channel. Mix & add fresh coriander & 4-5 green chillies. Cover & cook for 5-7 mins on low heat.
